Srini Potluri is the driving force behind Venture Rentals, bringing over a decade of experience in real estate investment and property management to the company. Since starting in 2013 with the acquisition of single-family homes, Srini has acquired, rehabbed, and currently manages over 2,400 units across North Carolina and South Carolina. His portfolio includes a mix of multi-family units, single-family homes, and retail properties.
Srini’s expertise in heavy renovation and property management ensures that every Venture Rentals property is maintained to the highest standards. He excels in identifying underperforming properties with substantial value enhancement potential, focusing on strategic renovations that quickly improve property appeal, occupancy rates, and rental income. With a consistent track record of maintaining a 95% occupancy rate across all units, Srini’s leadership has solidified Venture Rentals as a trusted name in the industry.
One of Srini's core principles is that he only manages properties he personally owns. This unique approach ensures that every property and tenant under Venture Rentals' care receives the utmost attention and care. Srini’s ownership guarantees that each property is managed to a high standard, reflecting his personal commitment to quality and tenant satisfaction.
Srini is also a strong advocate for affordable housing. He has three fully affordable properties in his portfolio, over 150 Section 8 tenants, and extensive experience working with Public Housing Authorities to ensure compliance and support for Section 8 tenants.
