    Our properties are located in prime neighborhoods across Charlotte, Gastonia, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem in North Carolina. We also have an apartment community in Greenville, SC. You can browse our current listings on our website to find the perfect home near your desired location.

  • How can I schedule a property tour?

    You can schedule a property tour by contacting our leasing office via phone or email or by filling out the request form on our website.


Application Process

  • How do I apply for a lease?

    To apply for a lease, you can complete an online application through our website or visit our leasing office. The application process includes filling out personal information, providing proof of income, and consenting to a background and credit check.

  • What are the application requirements?

    Applicants are typically required to provide a government-issued ID, proof of income (such as recent pay stubs), and references from previous landlords. A credit and background check is also part of the process. We require no eviction history and criminal records. Tenants who are on the borderline can purchase a bond program that will replace the security deposit.

  • Is there an application fee?

    Yes, there is a non-refundable application fee of $25 that covers the cost of processing your application and conducting background and credit checks.

  • How long does it take to process my application?

    Application processing usually takes 1-3 business days, depending on the volume of applications. We will notify you as soon as a decision is made.




Lease and Payments

  • What is included in the lease agreement?

    The lease agreement includes the rental terms, monthly rent amount, security deposit details, maintenance responsibilities, and policies regarding pets, utilities, and lease renewal.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Rent can be paid online through our tenant portal, by mail, or in person at our leasing office. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and checks.


  • What happens if I can't pay my rent on time?

     If you're unable to pay rent on time, please contact our leasing office immediately. Late fees may apply after a certain grace period, as outlined in your lease agreement. We may also offer payment plans in certain circumstances.


  • How do I renew my lease?

    You will receive a lease renewal notice 60-90 days before your lease expires. To renew, simply follow the instructions provided in the notice or contact our leasing office to discuss your options.


Maintenance and Support

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the tenant portal in AppFolio or by calling our maintenance hotline. For emergencies, such as plumbing leaks or no heat, please contact us immediately by phone.


  • What is the response time for maintenance issues?

    We aim to address non-emergency maintenance requests within 48 hours. Emergency repairs are typically handled within a few hours, depending on the severity of the issue.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my neighbors?

     If you have a concern about noise or other issues with neighbors, please contact our leasing office. We will work with all parties to find a resolution.


Moving In/Out

  • What are the move-in procedures?

    Once your lease is signed and your security deposit is paid, you'll schedule a move-in date with our leasing office. On the day of move-in, you'll receive keys, a move-in checklist, and instructions on setting up utilities.


  • How do I terminate my lease?

    If you need to terminate your lease early, please contact our leasing office to discuss your options. Early termination fees may apply, as specified in your lease agreement.

  • What are the move-out procedures?

    Before moving out, you'll need to provide a notice of intent to vacate, usually 30-60 days in advance. On your move-out day, ensure the property is clean and free of personal belongings. We will conduct a final inspection to assess any potential damages.



Policies and Guidelines

  • What is your pet policy?

    We are a pet-friendly community with certain breed and size restrictions. A pet deposit and monthly pet rent may be required. Please review our full pet policy for details.

  • Can I sublet my unit?

    Subletting is not permitted unless expressly allowed in your lease agreement. Please contact our leasing office if you have questions about subletting.

  • What happens if I need to break my lease?

    Breaking a lease early may result in penalties, including forfeiture of your security deposit and additional fees. We recommend discussing your situation with our leasing office to explore potential options.
